Tasman Dollar Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. SIGN UP

1.1 Membership to the TASMAN DOLLAR REWARDS Loyalty Program is free.
1.2 Customers must sign up online and provide the following information to be eligible for membership: name (first & last), mobile phone number, email address, post code and preferred store.
1.3 Customers are automatically subscribed Tasman specials emails, and can opt out after they have signed up.
1.4 No membership card will be issued; customers will only need to provide their mobile number to locate their account in store.
1.5 Customers must allow 24 hours after signing up for their account to be available at the store.
1.6 Any new Tasman Dollar Rewards accounts or detail changes to accounts made through this website will normally appear in store the next business day, however in the event of unforeseen technical issues, it may take longer.
1.7 Customers are not able to sign up in store.

2. EXCLUSIONS TO MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Excludes bulk discount customers (wholesale accounts, clubs & organisations).
2.2 Tasman Team members are excluded from joining.

3. EARNING POINTS

3.1 Customers earn 1 point per dollar spent at Tasman Butchers (after the initial 24-hour waiting period, post sign up).
3.2 Points apply to all products in store, including all specials and markdowns.
3.3 Loyalty points are accrued and convert to a discount applied on a customer’s purchase.
3.4 The reward is a dollar discount: $10 discount for 200 points (= 5% discount).
3.5 Customer’s must provide their phone number to the Team Member at the registers before or during the transaction, in order to apply points to that purchase.
3.6 Loyalty points cannot be added to a customer’s account after the transaction has ended.
3.7 The Tasman Dollar Rewards program is available at all Tasman Butchers stores. Customers will be able to collect points or redeem rewards at any of the Tasman Butchers stores.
3.8 The Tasman Dollar Rewards program is not available when ordering on third-party ordering platforms, if available.

4. REDEEMING POINTS

4.1 Customers must have a minimum of 200 points to redeem a discount.
4.2 Customers can save their accrued discounts for a future purchase (subject to expiry conditions).
4.3 Customers can choose to redeem any number of accrued discounts in $10 increments. Purchases must total a minimum of $10.00 to activate a redemption offer.
4.4 Once you have redeemed your discount, it cannot be refunded for any reason.
4.5 Tasman Butchers reserves the right to make any changes at any time to the number of points required to redeem a discount and to the Terms and Conditions applicable to rewards, irrespective of the effect on members’ points without prior notice and at Tasman Butchers’ absolute discretion.

5. DISCOUNT & POINTS BALANCE

5.1 The receipt will show the applied discount & how much the customer has saved per product.
5.2 The points tally will show up on the register and on the customer’s receipt, after the transaction has been processed.
5.3 Customers must be in store to see points.

6 POINTS EXPIRY

6.1 Points are valid for 12 months from the date of transaction. Points will expire if there has been no account activity (collecting points or redeeming rewards) after 12 months.

7. CHANGES TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DETAILS

7.1 Customers can only change their account details by logging into the Tasman Dollar Rewards website.
7.2 Customers must first set up a password for their account using the same email address they used to originally sign up.
7.3 Customers must allow 24 hours for any account changes to be updated at the store.
7.4 Customers are not able to change their account details in store.

8. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

8.1 Customers must contact Tasman Butchers to cancel their Tasman Dollar Rewards account.
